Mark Morrow Indiana baseball Head Coach The players and coaching staff of the Indiana JV & Varsity baseball Team would like to thank everyone involved in the tournament this year. This is the first time that our baseball team has traveled â??southâ? to play in a tournament and we are hoping it will not be the last. Although the weather played a factor the first few days we were able to enjoy many activities as a team, complete homework assignments and go to the indoor practice facility. It was a very worthwhile endeavor and something both the players and coaches will remember for a lifetime. It was amazing to see how what seemed to be the entire community of Hartsville come out to help and support the tournament committee. Our host family was absolutely wonderful and provided us with very valuable information; delicious deserts and we were honored to have the boys as batboys for our team. Everyone associated with this tournament should be proud of the way everything was handled. We thank you once again for making this trip a very memorable and worthwhile endeavor. It is definitely something our players, coaches and parents will remember. Thank you Hartsville!

I hope that everyone who is participating in the SBC this year enjoys it as much as St. Ignatius has enjoyed our two trips down in 2007 and 2010. There is not a better tournament that I am aware of and I have never had our players treated as great as we were during our two trips down to Hartsville. I can only hope Coach White invites the Wildcats back to the SBC in the future. I wish we were there today! You guys are the best!

Jimmy White Tournament Director Dear Coach White In speaking for the baseball players, coaching staff, and parents who attended the 2010 Southeastern baseball Classic I would like to thank you for everything that you did to make our trip a memorable one. During my 32 years as a coach and as an athletic director I have taken student athletes on trips to our state playoffs and PIAA state championships. I have also taken our baseball team to South Carolina for our spring trip for the past eight years. The trips that I have taken have been positive experiences for our student athletes on and off the field or court. This years trip to Hartsville to participate in the 2010 Southeastern baseball Classic was the most positive and rewarding trip that I have been associated with. I believe that our players, coaches, and the parents who traveled to Hartsville to watch their sons compete learned a great deal from all of the volunteers associated with the tournament. We saw people in a community who enjoyed volunteering their time and who put forth a great deal of effort to provide a great educational opportunity and athletic competition for teams from seven other schools. We saw people in the city of Hartsville take pride in their city. It was easy to realize the meaning of the sign; Welcome to Hartsville; The All American City. Thanks again for everything that you did to make the trip to Hartsville and the Southeastern baseball Classic a trip that our players and coaches will never forget. Sincerely, Joe Maize

On behalf of the Archbishop Spalding High School baseball team, coaches and families, we would like to thank the Southeastern baseball Classic Committee, host families and countless volunteers for making the SBC such a complete success and a great pleasure for us all. The competition was top flight, the hospitality unmatched, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to our host Jim Cole. His constant support during our visit was greatly appreciated, as well as the numerous volunteers who prepared the wonderful meals and kept Jimmy White Park such a great venue for these games. Hartsville is obviously proud of SBC, and rightfully so. The Spalding Cavaliers thank you all for making us part of the 2010 Classic.
